Our ICE-TAGS Mobile App has a Personal MAYDAY Button which sends WhatsApp & SMS Messages including your Geo Location to your Contacts in any Emergency situation.

What is a “RESQTAP” Product?
  • RESQTAP is an Electronic Device which retrieves all (I.C.E) In Case of Emergency contact and Medical information details from an Active and Encrypted Database by means of a pre-installed Link on the RESQTAP Tag, Slider or Band.
  • During an Emergency, the First Responder and/or Medical Personnel may simply Tap/Scan the RESQTAP Product with their Smart Phone (IOS/Apple and Android Compatible, to call up an Internet Link from the RESQTAP Product.
  • Once the Internet Link has been clicked on it connects to the User’s particular Profile on our Secure Database and displays all the (I.C.E) In Case of Emergency Information that the User may have loaded.

“PROUDLY MEERKAT” Mobile Application

  • The MEERKAT MAYDAY Mobile Application allows the User to add any or all RESQTAP Products to the Application which will enable vital features that “Might Save a Life”
  • Should the need arise to activate the MAYDAY BUTTON a WhatsApp and SMS Message will be send to (Up to 3) (I.C.E) In Case of Emergency Contacts of your choice notifying them of an Emergency and that assistance is required. This Message includes a current Geo Location Link from where the MAYDAY Button was pressed and sent from. The I.C.E Contacts simply click on the Link in the Message to locate the place of Emergency.
  • Users may also add other RESQTAP User Contacts e.g. Loved ones, Team Members, Colleagues or Staff to View and Track them on the active Maps.
  • Users may also have a Secure Chat with other RESQTAP Users utilizing the interactive RESQCHAT Platform. (Can be downloaded below)

How to Download, Register and Subscribe

**NOTE: When installing the App, please Accept and Allow all permissions when prompted to ensure Tracking App functionality
(NO Personal info will be sold or used for Marketing by third parties)
 
Download and Install App:
  • Download MEERKAT MAYDAY Mobile App from PLAY STORE (Android Phones) or APP STORE (iOS / Apple Phones) (iOS NOT ACTIVE YET) and Install

STEP 1: (How to Obtain a RESQTAP and Register an Account)

  1. Once the App has been Installed and opened, Click “SIGN UP” then “NEXT”
  2. Select any RESQTAP Product of your choice
  3. Select the “Private Person” should you not belong to a RESQTAP Corporate Group. Or Select the “Corporate Group” and enter the Corporate Name should you belong to a RESQTAP Corporate Group
  4. Fill in the rest of the Information fields and complete Purchase
  5. Ensure to find your Member Number (RT000000) in the “New Order” email received
  6. Please activate your account as per the email  “How to connect Guidelines” received
STEP 2: (How to Subscribe and start using all ICE-TAGS App Features)
  1. With the App open, please sign in using your Username and Password as per email received.
  2. Click on the “CREDITS” Button to be redirected to Subscription Page.
  3. Select the Subscription for the Product Purchased. 
  4. Enter your Member Number: (RT000000) and complete the Purchase
  5. Close the App, Open the App and sign in. If you have only one “MAYDAY” Icon at the bottom, your account is not active yet.

What is the Cost of the MEERKAT MAYDAY Mobile Application per Month?

  • Once off Cost per RESQTAP Product
  • The Subscription Fee is R59 per Month for a RESQTAP TAG, BAND or SLIDER (R1,94 per Day)
  • And R109 per Month for a RESQTAP MAYDAY BUTTON (R3,58 per Day)
  • Subscription Fees will be deducted every Month on the same Date as when the Subscription Service started
  • Unlimited quantity of RESQTAP Products may be linked to one MEERKAT MAYDAY Mobile Application Subscriber
  • To download the ICE-TAGS Mobile Application is FREE

Navigation of the MEERKAT MAYDAY Mobile Application

  • Once Signed In, the Home Page will display the MAYDAY Button and a CREDIT Button
  • At the bottom of the page 4 Icons will be visible, “MAYDAY“, “RESQCHAT“, “MAPS“, “SETTINGS“
  • Should there only be a small “MAYDAY” Icon in the middle at the bottom of the screen, it is an indication that the RESQTAP SERVICES are not activated due to no Subscription. Possible Expired Card or similar problem. Once the Subscription has been activated please Log out and back in for the RESQTAP SERVICES to be restored immediately.
